The Mediterranean countries’ rich melting pot of cultures has resulted in the interesting mix of cuisine renowned all over the world.This July, Maya Brasserie offers a special Mediterranean and Pasta food promotion.
There will be an authentic buffet spread of delicious Mediterranean cuisine which includes appetizers, salads, selected cheese varieties, main dishes and desserts native to the Mediterranean shores. Diners can look forward to dishes like vegetable moussaka, samak quwarmah (fish curry), chebeh rubyan (prawn balls), mansaat manaf (lamb rice), akuwa (oxtail stew) and tharyd (beef and potato stew).
Dessert will include halvas fourno (semolina cake), couscous bi sukkar (sweet couscous with nuts) and asure (Noah’s pudding) as well as assorted cakes and Haagen Dazs ice cream.
