Relish Authentic Nyonya Cuisine At Hotel Equatorial Kuala Lumpur

Hotel Equatorial Kuala Lumpur will be hosting a Peranakan food fair at Nipah CoffeeShop from 5 to 18 July 2010.

The Peranakan or Nyonya cuisine combines mainly Chinese and Malay influences into a unique blend of food and Hotel Equatorial honours this historical culture with an array of delicious dishes from this unique community. Guest Chef Bong Geok Choo will be preparing delectable Peranakan dishes such as Ayam Pongteh, Sop Itik Tim, Nyonya Chap Chai, Ayam Buah Keluak, Kerabu Mangga, Achar Nyonya, Nyonya Mee, Sotong Sambal Belacan, Nyonya Apam Balik, Kueh Talam Gula Melaka, Onde-onde and much more for all to enjoy.

The Nyonya buffet is available for lunch and dinner. Lunch is served from12.00 noon till 2.30pm and dinner is from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.This two-week promotion is priced at RM75++ for adults and RM35++ for children.
