Tucked into an intimate corner just opposite the Radius Hotel on Changkat Bukit Bintang is Yoko’s, which offers its patrons fine Japanese fusion food in a relaxed and informal setting. Located in a beautifully restored 1940’s link house, Yoko’s exudes a charm and vitality that are uniquely its own. Walk in and you will be mesmerized by its simple yet alluring interior decoration which was recently renovated. You can choose to lounge on a sofa, or sit at the long bar, very formally at a table or even laze outdoors on the patio.

But Yoko’s is not just about ambiance. It’s about enjoying masterly prepared Japanesestyle cuisine which is both gratifying to the palette and pleasing to the eye. The menu is extensive. Offered are many variations of fish, chicken, beef, prawn and squid. Of course, such familiar things as sashimi, sushi, teriyaki and tempura all appear, but Yoko’s also offers more exotic dishes like Adam & Eve 2007 (prawns and scallops in an apple case) or Kaki Gratin (tender oysters in creamy, melted cheese which is baked in a half shell). Although specializing in Japanese cuisine, Yoko’s has something for everyone. Such fusion choices as California rolls, pizza and potato and cheese dishes, are subtly changed to suggest the oriental personality of the restaurant.
